How did you become CEO and owner of Aracely’s Bakery?
My husband and I took over the bakery from my parents, Sixto and Maria Rincon. They founded the bakery in 1984. Now, it’s one of the biggest and most popular bakeries in Franklin Park and beyond.
Tell me about a time when owning the bakery was overwhelming? How did you overcome the challenge?
When owning a bakery, there can be a lot of reasons to give up. But I will always tell myself to keep going, even when it gets hard.
What’s your goal for Aracely’s Bakery?
Our goal for the bakery is to sell nutrition bread and other items in the bakery, provide great customer service, and put a smile on customers’ face.
What is the best part about owning Aracely’s Bakery? What makes you smile?
When I make something from scratch and watch a customer eat it and smile.
That was my final question, would you like to add anything else?
Yes. To my young audience … remember that one small thing or idea can turn into a bigger thing for you in the future.
